Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of xantheads.com and any services offered through it. The website and the Xanthe Ads brand are operated by Xanthe Private Limited (“Xanthe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Planet Of Tales is owned and operated by Xanthe Private Limited and is part of the Xanthe Ads product portfolio.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, creating an account, starting a trial or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.

2. Eligibility and Parent Responsibility

Purchases must be made by an adult legally capable of entering a contract. Planet Of Tales is designed for children, but accounts, subscriptions and consent must be managed by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Services

Descriptions, screenshots, features, story allowances and availability may change as our products evolve. Product-specific conditions displayed in the app, product website or checkout form part of these Terms.

4. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

Prices, billing interval, currency and applicable taxes are displayed before checkout. Payments may be processed by Paddle, Apple App Store, Google Play or another disclosed payment provider. Where Paddle acts as merchant of record, Paddle processes the transaction, applicable taxes, invoices and related payment administration under its own terms.

5. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed recurring amount and applicable taxes. Deleting an application does not cancel a subscription.

6. Trials and Promotions

A free trial or promotional offer may convert automatically into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends, where this is clearly disclosed at signup. Eligibility and duration may vary.

7. Cancellation

Cancel through the same platform or payment provider used to subscribe. Cancellation stops future renewal and generally does not remove access already paid for through the end of the current billing period.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, applicable consumer law and the rules of the payment provider that processed the transaction.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the website or services, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, use generated content unlawfully, or interfere with service operation.

10. User Content

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Xanthe Private Limited the limited rights required to process that content, operate the requested feature, maintain security and provide the service, subject to the applicable Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

Xanthe Ads, Planet Of Tales, website design, software, branding, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to Xanthe Private Limited and protected by applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for payments, hosting, analytics, app distribution and other functions. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.

13. Availability and Disclaimers

Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unexpected results.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xanthe Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the website or services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer rights applicable in your place of residence. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over Xanthe Private Limited may hear disputes, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated date will appear at the top. Material changes will be communicated where required.
